Firms engaging in word-of-mouth because they intent to spread positive messages about their brands/products. However, the power of a message is determined by the way the WOM generator (influential) speaks and what content he delivers to his/her conversational partners.

At ifwom we ask the WOM recipients how they perceived the incoming WOM to be. We help you to understand how positively the WOM senders spoke about your product. Our survey reveals if the influentials have recommended the product in a convincing and helpful way.

As the influentials in a project are usually equipped with product samples and coupons we also ask WOM recipients if they had the chance to try the product or use the coupons delivered to them.
